The house control by ICT solution. The computer manages light, oxygen, carbon dioxide, the current and voltage and temperature for strawberry. Therefore, the strawberry grow up to high quality.
We bring up 5 kind of strawberry every year and we challenge one kind of brand new strawberry. This year, “Amaou”, “Benihoppe”, “Sagahonoka”, “Kaorino”, “Toukun”.
We manage the environment in the house by IT to bring up a delicious strawberry. It create the automatically most suitable environment such as temperature or carbon dioxide concentration.

We have support of the product development as collaborative investigation from the beginning of factory operation. We developed a new fermentation technology in the development of Soymilk Yogrt with Biotechnology & Food Research Institute and we are applying in particular for a patent by our company and Biotechnology & Food Research Institute joint application.
